How do I activate my Nixplay Plus Membership?

From the Nixplay Shop:
  • If you purchased a Membership from the Nixplay Shop, an email activation will be sent to the email address used during the subscription purchase.
  • Open your email and locate the "Activate Nixplay Plus" message, then follow the provided steps to activate and/or create an account.
  • If you're unsure about your activation status, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@nixplay.com, and they will gladly assist you.
  • If you intend to gift a Nixplay subscription, kindly ensure that you use the recipient's email address during the purchase process. This ensures that the email activation will be sent directly to their email address
From the Mobile App:
  • For subscriptions purchased through the mobile app, the Nixplay Plus membership is automatically activated once the purchase flow is completed.
From the Amazon Bundled Subscription:
  • For subscriptions obtained through the Amazon Bundled Subscription, the membership will be automatically activated for the first paired account.
Good to know:
  • It's important to note that there is no option available to transfer a Nixplay Plus subscription to another Nixplay account.
