How do I remove/disable an Album from the Frame?
To remove or disable an album on the frame, you can follow the steps below:
Using the MOBILE APP:
Option 1:
1. Open the Nixplay Mobile App.
2. Select 'Albums' from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose the Album you wish to enable or disable.
4. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
5. Select 'Assign to frames' from the settings.
6. Toggle the slide button to Enable or Disable.
Note: A grayed toggle color indicates that the album is disabled while a highlighted toggle means the album is enabled.
Using the WEB APP:
Option 1:
1. Navigate to the 'Photos' Tab on the Nixplay web app.
2. Select the 'Playlist' subtab.
3. Click, hold, drag, and drop the playlist you want to enable into the 'Frame' section on the right screen.
4. Select 'Publish.'
Option 2:
1. Navigate to the 'Frame' Tab on the web app.
2. Select the Online frame.
3. If you have multiple frames, choose the frame to which you'd like to apply the changes.
4. Select the available playlist you want to enable or disable.
Note:
Ensure that the frame is online if you want to disable or enable an album from it, as changes won't take effect if the frame is not connected to the internet.
