How does the lifetime warranty work?

Nixplay's lifetime warranty is now available as an add-on for Nixplay Plus subscribers at a cost of $14.99 / year. Eligible Nixplay frames must be less than one year old at the time of first taking out the warranty. 

If you are an existing Nixplay Plus subscriber (prior to March 2025), you’ll continue to enjoy the lifetime warranty at no extra cost until your subscription renews, at which point you have the option to add on a lifetime warranty to your new subscription if you wish.
