How long do I have to contact Nixplay if I have a physical problem with my Fujifilm Print?

When you place an order, we only hold customer data and images for a limited time.
Therefore, if you have any type of physical issue or defect with your order, you would need to consider the following, if you are to request that we re-issue or re-make the order.
