If your usage exceeds the limits of your Nixplay plan, that content will show as locked, which means it is not available for sharing or display on your Nixplay frame.
We're here to help, and in your Nixplay app, you can:
- Manage your content: Use the tools provided in the app to trim or remove content, such as older photos or longer videos, to align with your current plan’s limits.
- Upgrade your plan: If you need more storage or access to enhanced features, you can upgrade to Lite or Plus to unlock additional capacity and functionality.
