What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription will stop auto-renewal, but you will retain access to features until the end of your current billing period. 

After your subscription ends, you will be moved to the Basic plan. Content exceeding Basic plan limits may not be available for sharing or display on your frame and can be managed in your Nixplay app. The lifetime warranty on your frame (if eligible) will also come to an end at the end of your current billing period.
