Where is my Order?
If you ordered directly from our website at nixplay.com:
We use reliable fulfillment centers for posting your item. You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send to you when your order is shipped.
Once your order has been confirmed, you can check its status on the Track Your Order page. Simply type in your order number and email address, and select the “Track Now” button.
If you ordered from Amazon:
The order will be managed and fulfilled by Amazon directly. Please use your Amazon account to look up your order and view the tracking status. If there are any issues, please contact Amazon Customer Care directly for assistance.
